From geoscience, software, and infrastructure engineering to operations, administration, and community leaders—our team is pushing the boundaries of scientific mine development. We work hand-in-hand with the global team to develop new technology that can be deployed and scaled to other projects.
KoBold Metals Zambia unites cutting-edge exploration technology and top Zambian talent to find world class deposits like Mingomba and advance mine development using the same scientific rigor we apply to exploration. We are proud to partner with ZCCM-IH to develop this and other tier-one copper deposits.

This is why we have partnered with Stanford University, the Copperbelt University and the University of Zambia to offer Masters of Science scholarships in Data Science and Exploration Geology.
